Ronald McDonald House San Diego

Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego provides a “home-away-from-home” for families with children being treated for serious, often life-threatening conditions at local hospitals.

Free Meals for families with a child admitted at Radys Children's Hospital and Sharp Mary Birch NICU.

Meal times: Breakfast 7:00-8:30, Lunch 12:00-1:30, Dinner 6:00-7:30

The Kylie Rowand Foundation is dedicated to raising money and awareness for new, promising, less toxic treatments for childhood cancer.

The Emilio Nares Foundation helps families navigate through their child’s journey with cancer.

In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS)

IHSS can provide homemaker and personal care assistance to eligible individuals who are receiving Supplemental Security Income or who have a low income and need help in the home to remain independent.

California Children's Services SanDiego

California Children Services (CCS) is a countywide program that treats children with certain physical limitations and chronic health conditions or diseases. CCS authorizes and pays for specific medical services and equipment provided by CCS-approved specialists and has a Medical Therapy Program (MTP).

Miracle Babies is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that was founded to support NICU families. When a baby is born premature or with medical complications, that family’s life changes drastically. Stress becomes a near constant emotion, difficult decisions must be made, and life in the NICU becomes a reality.

Sunshine Foundation

Sunshine Foundation’s sole purpose is to answer the dreams of chronically ill, seriously ill, physically challenged and abused children ages three to eighteen, whose families cannot fulfill their requests due to financial strain that the child’s illness may cause.

 The Mesothelioma Center (Asbestos.com) 

Mesothelioma is extremely rare in children and young adults because the cancer typically develops decades after exposure to asbestos. Mesothelioma cases in young people account for less than 5% of all diagnoses.
